As a former Global Vice President with Fortune 500 companies, I understand the demands of leadership firsthand. It can be overwhelming, with increasing complexity and countless demands competing for your attention at work and at home.

I know what it’s like to face those pressures and have no one to turn to for support. That’s why I do what I do now. As an Executive Coach, I provide the support and guidance that I wish I had during my corporate journey.

Drawing from 23 years of global corporate experience and training in Adult Development Theory and Neuroscience, I help senior leaders develop the inner clarity and leadership maturity to lead with ease amid complexity.
